Jonathan Eriksen, FIA, FIAA, FNZSA
Managing Director and Actuary
Jonathan qualified as an actuary in 1975 and has over 40 years' experience in actuarial and superannuation consulting. Jonathan founded EriksensGlobal in 1995. He advises clients on a number of investment matters including governance, transfers to master trusts, preparing SIPOs, asset allocation, platform selection, investment manager selection and performance monitoring.
Pieter Knox, FIA, FNZSA
Actuary and Investment Consultant
Pieter has over 19 years’ experience in the financial services sector and a Masters in Engineering. He brings to the team his expertise in data science, derivatives trading, investment product structuring, risk management and complex quantitative modelling. Asset classes covered include fixed income, inflation, credit, asset backed securities, commodities and equities. Pieter has held several senior management positions and has been instrumental in starting several new business ventures.
Actuarial Analyst and Operations Manager
Rosanna has been with Eriksens since 2012 and is primarily responsible for employee benefits, life and general insurance valuations and superannuation valuations. She also carries out data modelling and has experience in investment analysis and manager research. Rosanna holds a Bachelor of Applied Economics from Massey University and is a member of the Actuaries Institute of Australia and the New Zealand Society of Actuaries.
Graham osborn, FIA, FIAA
Graham has over 30 years' experience as an actuary, both at senior management level and as a consultant. He has extensive experience in advising on pensions, superannuation employee benefits, life insurance and general insurance.
Finance, People and
Amy joined our team in 2018 as an assistant and now manages the finances, administration and human resources at Eriksens. Amy is completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Management through Massey University, as well as studying towards an AFA qualification. Amy is our onboarding expert and enjoys crossing the Ts and dotting the Is for our clients.
Andrew Frankling, CFA, CIMA
Andrew joined Eriksens in 2016 and is based in our Sydney office. He has spent a number of years in the offshore investment consulting world. Since returning to Australia he has focused on giving investment strategy and governance advice to clients in both New Zealand and Australia. Andrew holds bachelor degrees in Science from the University of Tasmania as well as an Economics degree from Murdoch University. He is a CFA charterholder.
Developer and Investment Analyst
Andrew joined Eriksens to develop our investment analysis team further and enhance our quantitative framework. He has a BA in Physics and earned his PhD in Physics from Cambridge. His experience in banking and finance comes from large corporates, where he valued securities and modelled large scale deals. He also has a wealth of experience in database and web development. At Eriksens Andrew works in investment analysis, reporting and supporting Rosanna with employee entitlement calculations and other bespoke actuarial work.
Investment Consultant and Analyst
Tom came to us from a legal, finance and accounting background. He primarily works with our high net worth clients, as well as providing analysis and strategy for our business and institutional investment advice clients. He has experience in large accounting firms, running his own small business and an internship at Castle Point Funds Management which cemented his passion for NZ’s investment industry. Tom has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Theory.
Investment Consultant and Business Strategist
Janibek joined the Eriksens team in 2020, coming to us from a corporate banking, finance and sales background. He primarily works with our institutional clients, as well as developing business processes and strategic partnerships. He has experience in multinational banking groups overseas and domestic and international compliance knowledge. Janibek has a Diploma in International Relations with Honours, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.
